Our mission is to provide our clients with high quality tools to understand, predict, and influence the behavior of individuals and groups. The LAB Profile is the basic tool we use to fulfill our mission. It is a generic tool which can be applied in a wide variety of situations. It is generic, because the data can be used to understand employees, management, suppliers, users, buyers, and the community-at-large.


The LAB Profile was developed by Rodger C. Bailey, an Anthropologist/Linguist. He started offering the LAB Profile technology as a consultant in 1981. For the first few years the majority of his clients were in the United States. But in 1985, as his client base became more international, he formed International Screening Centers and offered its clients consulting and training services based on the LAB Profile.

Now we are LAB Profile International, and we prepare internal and external consultants to use the LAB Profile in a wide variety of business change management situations. We have now prepared the LAB Profile system for you to use in one area without Consultants and without special training. It is in the area of volume, distributed, and ongoing selection. Our one-page graphic report provides a clear-cut signal for a "match", "mismatch", or "marginal" fit between the applicant and your organization's essential patterns of success. We also offer an additional interview worksheet which guides your interviewers to recognize if the applicant has (or does not have) those essential patterns of success.
We are strategically positioned to provide solutions for organizations which need volume, distributed, or ongoing selection. Now that LAB Profile processing is available through the Internet, we are concentrating on working with clients who need consistency, volume, speed and distribution in their selection decisions. This includes organizations in growth and organizations which are distributed, such as chain stores or chain restaurants.
The LAB Profile is self-norming, so each client company gets to establish their own norms of the various job descriptions for which they are selecting. If they want a uniform model across their whole organization or even if they want a regional model, the LAB Profile provides the technology needed for such a high volume, high speed, and distributed selection process.
Many chains are reaching into international markets. We have established ourselves in a variety of international markets. We have been working with Latin American and European clients since 1985. They have been successfully using the LAB Profile for a wide variety of business tasks.
