Our consulting practice has concentrated on the culture of organizations and of tasks.
We consult with businesses, organizations, and individuals using
 | The Language And Behavior Profile or the LAB Profile (a linguistic interview system which predicts behavior), and |
| The Bailey Profile (an internet-based test which predicts behavior). |
This proprietary technology and these instruments were developed by Rodger C Bailey, M.S., owner of LAB Profile International. They are based in Transformational Grammar from Syntactic Structures (Noam Chomsky, MIT, 1957). Mr. Bailey has been using this technology with his consulting clients since 1980.
Clients have included IBM, CIBC, TRW, HP, ABN-AMRO, Southwest Airlines, Trammell Crow, EDS, LaQuinta Motor Inns, and many others. These consultations have been throughout North & South America and Europe.
