Our Fees

We are a time-and-materials consulting service. Some of our services have a fixed rate because we know the time and materials needed for them.

Our daily, onsite consulting/training rate is $3,200 per full or partial day, plus expenses.

Integrated Hiring System
$11,500 plus expenses per client task. This includes:

1. Profiling 25-40 long-term good performers at the task

2. Creating the statistical report 

3. Delivering and explaining the report and the meanings of the results for the client's organization

4. Modifying the recruiting and employment advertisement texts to reflect the characteristics of the good performers

5. Creating a training program for screeners to recognize the characteristics of the good performers

6. Teaching a one-day program of the interviewing techniques to screeners

7. Consulting with client about how to integrate the Integrated Hiring System into client's hiring/recruiting process

8. Perform one audit of the newly installed hiring process within 2-6 months of installation (with written report and phone consultation)
   

Audit
$6,100 plus expenses per task. This includes:

1. Profiling 25-40 each of applicants, new hires, and long-term good performers

2. Creating the statistical report 

3. Delivering and explaining the report and the meanings of the results for the client's organization
