In the development of our technology, our focus has been to recognize, understand, and compare the unique characteristics of individuals and groups.

Our technology was developed by Rodger C Bailey, MS, the owner of LAB Profile International. The first client to use the technology was Southwest Airlines, in 1980.

Over the last two decades he has evolved the technology into sets of tools for a variety of business and organizational issues:

The Language And Behavior Profile (or LAB Profile) is a linguistic interview which predicts behavior on 12 scales. It provides accurate information about a single person. It requires extensive training for certification, continual use to maintain skills, and periodic re-certification.

The Bailey Profile is an online test which predicts behavior on 40 scales. It has a database which provides methods for predicting behavior of groups. It is on the internet and clients have 24/7 access to their tests and their database.

These two tests are the technological basis of the integrated service we offer. 

These two tests are linguistic. When we determine the profile of a group

we can predict the general behavior characteristics of that group, and

we can predict the the language that will motivate the group
