When a person takes our on-line test, our system determines that person’s position on all our scales.

A detail person is not able to see the big picture; they do not have an overview capability. A detail person thinks sequentially. A detail person needs to move sequentially through the data of their tasks and needs an overview person to turn data into information.

A global view person can see the big picture. They can work with details for a limited time. A global view person can move through data sequentially, but prefers to to move through data randomly. A global view person is usually adept at turning data into information.
